What is the Autumn Haven return policy?
Returns are issued in the form of an Autumn Haven digital gift card. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached in the original place. We do not accept returns with deodorant stains, sweat, or damage to the item. Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order for domestic orders. International orders should be received within 20 calendar days. Returns received longer than the times listed above will not be accepted. Jewelry, swimwear and lingerie are all final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Do you accept exchanges?
We allow exchanges in the event the wrong size was purchased. Exchanges are allowed up to 7 days within the date your order was delivered. Swimwear, lingerie, and sale items are not eligible for an exchange. If an item is no longer in stock we can not complete an exchange. You must send the merchandise back to us (we are not responsible for return shipping fees), and upon inspection and approval we will issue a store credit via digital gift card to which you can then purchase the desired size.
